Student records such as grade reports and transcripts are kept by the registrar's office. In cooperation with other college offices, the registrar's office will process your registration and handle all requests for academic information. The Office of the Registrar is located on the main floor of the Liberal Arts Building.
For current students, go to Marygrove Self-Service to register for classes.
If a student no longer desires to attend classes, the student is responsible for dropping his or her course(s). In the add/drop period, a student can drop any or all classes in Marygrove Self-Service. To withdraw from any or all classes for which you are registered, complete the appropriate forms and submit them to the Registrar's Office in LA 102. It is important to note that there are times when no refund is given for the dropping of or withdrawing from classes. Please see the refund schedule found here. The last class must be dropped in the Registrar's Office in LA 102, unless it is in the add/drop period.
For former students, a Reinstatement form must be completed and faxed to the Registrar's Office at (313) 927-1262, submitted to the Registrar's Office in LA 102 or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach .pdf files only.
For new students, please complete an admission application with our Admissions Office.
While self-service options are under construction, please contact the Registrar's Office to discuss the Schedule of Classes and/or to register.
Transcripts from Other Institutions: Student transcripts from previously-attended institutions that were provided for admissions consideration become the property of Marygrove College and are considered official only at the time of receipt. Marygrove College does not provide copies of transcripts from other institutions that are part of a student's education record. In order to obtain accurate up-to-date information and assure that no protocol of the issuing institution is circumvented, a student must contact the originating school for a copy of that transcript.
