Purpose
To clarify the location and use of library microforms

Scope
This policy applies to users of the Marygrove College library

Statement of Policy

  • All microform is stored on the first floor of the library, either in the reference room in cabinets and on shelves or on shelves in the adjacent stacks area near the "cage"
  • Print indexes for New York Times, to be used in conjunction with microfilm, are shelved near the "cage"
  • Photocopying costs $.20 per copy; the reader/printer takes dimes only
  • Patrons should observe copyright regulations when making photocopies
  • Assistance with the microform reader/printer is available from the reference librarian on duty
