Human Resources The Human Resources Department exists to enhance the College’s values of competence, compassion, and commitment among its employees. Human Resources support the mission by fostering a healthy, fair, equitable work environment that attract employees who will strive for excellence in their contributions to the College. Human Resources seeks to develop employees’ potential, recognize their contributions, and reward employees for their accomplishments.
