DETROIT, Mich., Feb. 23, 2010—Marygrove College is giving applicants an opportunity to win one of four full tuition scholarship packages including fees and books for the Fall 2010 academic year. High school and transfer student applicants with a minimum 3.70 accumulative GPA are invited to write a 500-750 word essay answering the following question: How does your leadership experience align with the three C's of Marygrove's Mission: competence, commitment, and compassion?

All submissions are due by March 31, 2010 to: Marygrove College, Attn: Admissions Department, 8435 West McNichols Rd., Detroit, MI 48221. Essays should be submitted along with three letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes, a completed application, and official high school and/or college transcripts. Winners will be announced at the Scholarship Banquet on April 22, 2010.
