fit for life banner extended

A total body exercise class that teaches proper form for toning, sculpting and strengthening your body. This structured class uses dumbbells and barbells which are provided. We will use exercises that focus on:

  • Cardio
  • Agility drills
  • Strength Training
  • Plyometrics
  • Endurance

Fit4Life is designed for individuals who want a healthier, more energetic and enjoyable lifestyle. It combines motivation, and a variety of exercises in a high-energy, fun environment.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

February 14 – April 27

5:15 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
