The mission of the Women's Center of Marygrove College is to provide services and information about women's issues; encourage the ongoing development of Women's Studies curricula, events and programs; and promote the present and future success of women as urban leaders. In fulfilling its mission, the Center serves multiple purposes:

  • centralizes (and therefore strengthens) our already existing resources for women on campus and within the larger community, i.e. the Women's Leadership Institute and our certificate program in Women's Studies;
  • encourages and supports the ongoing development of Women's Studies curriculum, events and programs.
