Transfer Students

We invite you to participate in this compelling conference by submitting a proposal to present during a breakout or small group session. Suggested topics include assessment of teaching and learning, student success, instructional technology.

CRITERIA FOR PRESENTATION SELECTION

Presentations will be reviewed for:

• Innovative, unique, or thought-provoking subjects, topics and/or strategies;
• Relevance to the needs and challenges of authentic performance assessment in urban, Pre K-12 schools, colleges and universities and ther institutions of education;
• Potential for engaging participants in substantive discussions;
• Evaluation and follow-up information where appropriate; and
• Appeal to a broad cross-section of education professionals or to a clearly defined program or discipline

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Proposals are due February 23, 2011 and should be no longer than one page in length and include:

• Title of presentation or workshop
• Contact information of presenter(s) including names, departments, mailing and email addresses, phone numbers
• Preferred presentation type
• Abstract
• Equipment needs, if any
