You’ll find our rates are more than reasonable and competitive with regional colleges and universities. With minimal off-campus housing options in the surrounding community, our living and learning community is the right choice for your college experience. You will also find our rates less expensive than campus-living at larger institutions and our amenities are in line with residence hall options regionally. All rates are per semester and are charged once in fall and once in spring. Summer housing options are not available at this time.
Room & Board Options
- Single Occupancy (female only) $2,600
- Quad Occupancy $1,950
Meal Plan Options
Board refers to the meal plans required for all residence hall students. Students are given a pool of money to begin the semester and must manage the funds themselves. Students have the option of selecting Plan #1 or Plan #2 as listed below. The cost of either is included in the Room & Board charges and serves as a declining balance. Students can use their meal card at breakfast, lunch, dinner and “Late Night Hunger.” Once the balance is depleted, students may choose to add additional money to their meal card. The cafeteria offers a wide variety of choices from a salad bar and sub-n-sandwich station, to pizza and other meals college students love!
- 19 Meals per week, $200 flexible cash $1,950
- 14 meals per week, $150 flexible cash on card $1,350
I want my own side (double room).
Due to high demand, most students will be placed in quad or triple room arrangements. You will find our rooms spacious in comparison to most colleges or universities. Double occupancy rooms are reserved for seniors and are limited in availability. Class standing is determined by credit hours completed – not how many years a student has been at the institution.
Am I allowed to set up a payment plan to cover the cost of living on campus?
Yes. Marygrove allows students the option to set up a TMS payment plan to help cover the cost of living on campus. Late payments may result in immediate removal from residency. For more information on payment plans please contact the Business Office.
Residence Hall Charge Policy

Applicants who are approved after the 1st week of the term will be billed 100% of the residence hall room and their meals will be prorated based on the week that they are approved.
