The Marygrove Business Office is responsible for student billing and revenue collection. In addition to collecting and posting payments, the Business Office oversees monthly payment plans, billing of student statements, refunds, collection of past due accounts, and all departmental transactions.
It is located in the Liberal Arts Building, Rm. 120 - within the Enrollment Center. Cashiers are available to assist with account related questions, and financial aid advisers and other specialists are available for other information.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Business Office's mission is to preserve the assets of the College while providing courteous and efficient service to the entire College community.

- To ensure that payments and credits are properly applied
- Serve all customers with respect
- Implement payment polices that are reasonable and with consideration for revenue objectives
- Minimize delinquent, defaulted, and uncollectible accounts
- Keep up to date on student financial trends for possible implementation in College policy
