Title: Administrative Assistant

Classification: Full time, Non-exempt (hourly)
The Administrative Assistant will provide management in the Division of Visual and Performing Arts with specific emphasis in the departments of Art, Music and the Institute for Arts Infused Education.
Major duties include: database management, creating correspondence, contracts, and reports (minutes, agendas, letters, CDP and grant reporting) creating and tracking purchase orders, copying, filing, office management, managing work study students, attending meetings and arts events and calendar maintenance.
