Adjunct Faculty Positions: Science and Mathematics Department

The Marygrove College Science and Mathematics Department invites applications part-time adjunct faculty for the 2012-2013 academic year.  We are currently seeking instructors to teach the following courses:  Biology I: From Molecules to Cells (with lab), Microbiology (with lab), Earth Science (with lab), Weather and Climate (with lab), Nutrition Through the Life Cycle, Health Science Mathematics, and College Physics I/II.

Qualifications:

The qualified candidates will possess a doctorate in a related discipline.  Applicants possessing experience in education in the health professions and interdisciplinary pedagogy is preferred.  Applicant must possess excellent communication skills; have the ability to work well with students, faculty and staff; have the ability to function well in a technological environment that includes using classroom multimedia resources.
