A hidden gem in the City of Detroit! Often called
Detroit’s most elegant place to learn, Marygrove College
is located on 52 beautifully wooded acres on the city’s
northwest side. The two main buildings on campus, completed
in 1927, are the Liberal Arts Building and Madame Cadillac
Hall. Built of Bedford stone in a Tudor Gothic architectural
style, they are distinguished by the quality of the Carrera
and Tavernelle Rose marble, English oak paneling, stained
and leaded glass windows, terra cotta fireplaces, bronze
grillwork, maple and oak hardwood floors and slate roofs.
But that’s not all…
