Mission Statement
The Enrollment Center at Marygrove College will provide outstanding customer service to students as they perform enrollment activities and matriculate toward graduation. We will strive to find ways of proactively promoting retention.
Vision Statement
No Marygrove College student attrition due to poor enrollment service.
Operating Objectives
- We will educate students in the enrollment activities that will facilitate their matriculation.
- We will encourage the use of technology in the benefit of student enrollment.
- We will assist every student who visits or calls the Enrollment Center with whatever need they present.
- We will provide prompt, eager and cheerful service at all times.
- We will endeavor to solve all student issues presented at the time of service (one stop service).
- We will assist Marygrove faculty and staff in better serving students through the matriculation process.
- We will be governed by integrity, honesty and the values of Marygrove College (competence, compassion and commitment). Special emphasis will be given to ensuring the students’ right of privacy.
