Academic Advising and Career Services assists students in the development of meaningful educational and career development plans that are compatible with their life goals. Our goal is to educate each student toward intellectual and professional growth by helping them select courses designed to broaden their exposure to ideas and experiences, and to ensure preparation for success in higher education and beyond. We are committed to empowering our students by providing information, careful planning and access to resources. We offer personalized advising and career counseling consistent with the student's interests and abilities.

Take advantage of Marygrove's educational resources to get the most out of your college experience. Our academic advisors can help you develop educational, career and personal action plans to reach short- and long-term goals. The Marygrove Learning Resource Center (MLRC) offers an array of services, from job readiness training and job placement to free classes and comprehensive services in adult basic education (ABE).

Science and mathematics students may use the Student Academic Enrichment (SAE) Center, which houses eight computers with internet capability. The Center provides one-on-one tutoring, group tutoring, computer assisted learning, audio and video tutorial tapes, workshops and more.
