The
Continuing Education and Community Service division extends the Marygrove
tradition of a liberal arts education by offering a variety of non-credit
classes to people in the community.
People can work toward a certificate, expand their interest in exciting
topics, learn a job skill, or enjoy enriching sessions in the arts. Classes
are designed for people of all ages from preschoolers to senior citizens.
Career Enhancement
- Adult coursework including medical, computer, personal finance, and
real estate are available. In many cases these programs lead to acquisition
of skills to obtain JOBS & CAREERS

Professional Continuing Education for Teachers
Some Continuing Education classes are good for Continuing Education
Units (CEU's). A CEU is ten hours of contact participation in an organized
continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable
direction, and qualified instruction. CEU's are currently being awarded
in medical, professional, and business/industry courses.
