Schedule of Events and Registration Information

Thursday, September 15

10th Annual Alumni and Friends Golf Scramble
Time: 11:00 a.m.
Location: St. John's Golf and Conference Center, Plymouth, MI
This event includes 18 holes with cart, lunch at the turn, buffet dinner, two drink tickets and contest prizes. All skill levels are welcome. You may register individually, with a partner or with an entire foursome. The format will be best ball/scramble. Cost is $125 per golfer or $50 for dinner only. Registration deadline is Friday, August 19. Distinguished Alumni Awards Ceremony and Reception
Time: 7:00 - 10:30 p.m.
Location: Marygrove College Theatre and Denk Chapman Hall.  
All alumni are invited to attend the award ceremony in the theatre and then enjoy refreshments, conversation and live music at the reception that follows in Denk Chapman Hall.

Saturday, September 17

Registration and Continental Breakfast
Time: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Location: Madame Cadillac Hall

Mass
Time: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Location: Sacred Heart Chapel
An alumni choir, under the direction of alumnus Tom Zerafa ’91, will sing at this mass and you are invited to join them.

Class/Group Pictures
Time: 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Location: Liberal Arts Building
Pictures will be taken of classes whose graduation year ends in 0 or 5 (1956, 1961, etc.) and of groups from the 80s through present.

Lunch
Time: 12:30 - 2:00 p.m.
Location: Alumnae Hall

Campus Tours
Time: 2:15 – 3:30 p.m.
Location: Madame Cadillac

Sunday, September 18

Golden Jubilee Celebration Mass honoring the Class of 1961
Time: 11:00 a.m. - Noon
Location: Sacred Heart Chapel

Brunch and Induction of the Class of 1961 into the Fifty Year Club and recognition of those who graduated prior to 1961
Time: 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Location: Main Dining Room

Singers, lectors and Eucharistic ministers desired for Saturday liturgy

If you are interested in participating in the liturgy as a member of the choir, lector or Eucharistic minister, please sign up on the registration form.  Music and details will be sent to choir members and the choir will rehearse in the chapel at 9 a.m. prior to the liturgy.

Class Gift

In recognition of significant reunion years, you are invited to make a special Homecoming gift to Marygrove.  Many reunion classes choose to support a special project, make a gift in memory of deceased classmates or in honor of special professors, or simply a donation in recognition of the outstanding education Marygrove provided.  Please contact your Homecoming class representative for more information.

Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms is being held at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn, 600 Town Center Drive, Dearborn, MI. You may reserve a single or double occupancy room for Friday and/or Saturday night for $85 per night.
