• Please be sure to complete the Request Form below at least one week prior to the request date. This will allow enough time to schedule a trainer and prepare materials for your session.
• If no trainer is available at the time requested, someone from Educational Technology Services will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternate day/time.
• After your request is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation of your reservation.
• If you need more than one training session for your class, please submit a separate request form for each session.
