Marygrove College The Institute for Arts-Infused Education (IAIE)

The Marygrove College Institute for Arts-Infused Education believes that using the arts to teach the core curriculum can transform learning. The purpose of the Institute is to improve student success, create innovative models for teaching the core curriculum, and promote the systemic integration of the arts into the K-12 core curriculum.

Welcome! We hope you like the materials we have available for you here...and we hope you use them!

First, click on to the "Lesson Plans" button on the top menu. Then you're already there! If you see anything in red, click on it. It will lead you to more materials, images, video, or information from an external source.

Some of the sections (The Art of Science, for example) go quite deeply into cyberspace.

We add more items regularly, so check back often!

What would you like to see added to the site?
Which lessons plans are you using?
What advice do you have for other teachers?

We've added a "Sounding Board" to provide feedback on the Curriculum Design site. Please share your ideas!
